Double Duty Mama:
Double Duty Mama has two jobs — one where she gets paid to write, edit and answer to bosses outside the home and one where she doesn’t get paid to cook, clean and meet the demands of shorter bosses inside the home. Double Duty Mama has two young boys. Double Duty Mama is usually doing two things at once. Double Duty Mama is usually feeling both exhausted and frenzied. Double Duty Mama can often be found clutching someone else’s hand and a to-do list. Double Duty Mama would almost always rather be curled up with a cup of tea and a good book.
justJENN:
Jenn, better known as justJENN, spends her time running an online stationery business www.justjenndesigns.com and also writing a recipe blog: www.justjennrecipes.com where she puts up all the food she makes for her kids, in addition to a whole lot of baking.
Jenn has two young boys, just 22 months apart, who are a big influence on what her crafts and cooking. She always involves her kids in the meal planning, shopping and cooking process so that they are encouraged to try different types of food, just like having two tiny sous chefs! Having the kids involved in the kitchen is a big part of her blogging as well as her everyday life.
Mama Love:
Mama Love (a.k.a. Susie) is a public relations professional by day and freelance travel writer and blogger by night. She is also the creator and editor of The MEXICO Report, a popular online, magazine-style blog reporting positive news about Mexico. http://www.themexicoreport.com. Susie is married to award-winning writer/comedian and they have three young, energetic children who keep them plenty busy!
Downtown Dad
Downtown Dad is the father of a 1-year-old boy (Louis), and is learning valuable lessons every day on what it means to be just starting out in fatherhood at 40. Luckily, he has a beautiful wife who is a wonderful mother to Louis. They live in a converted loft in downtown Los Angeles. Between the fast-paced neighborhood and the quick-footed Louis, every day is a challenge. During the day, Downtown Dad works for the City. He also plays a mean second base on his softball team and can’t wait to teach Louis the basics of baseball.
